Common Questions
Do you use Bioclear for dental bonding?
Yes, depending on the situation it is one of the options that Dr. Blondahl uses. It is especially effective for closing spaces or 'black triangles' that are common between teeth that have had gum recession.
Is bonding reversible?
The short answer is, it depends. For small cases of purely adding material, such as repairing small chips/breaks, yes it could likely be reversed. For more significant bonding cases, it would be difficult to remove it all and take you back to exactly where you started. Please ask your dentist if you are wondering about your specific case.
Can bonded teeth stain?
Yes, bonding material can stain over time. Regular cleaning and avoiding staining substances helps maintain appearance.
